REFUND POLICY

At Elan Street, we’re committed to offering thoughtful, confidence-boosting pieces you’ll love wearing. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to make the process simple, fair, and transparent.

📏 BEFORE YOU ORDER – SIZING & EXPECTATIONS

We recommend checking our Size Guide before placing your order. Not sure about the fit? Feel free to reach out to our friendly team — we’re happy to help.

Please note: slight size variations of 1–3 cm may occur due to the manual nature of apparel production. This is normal and not considered a defect.

🔁 RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, based on tracking information.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Items must be in their original condition with tags and packaging intact

  • You must email us within the return window to initiate the process

Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

🚫 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to hygiene and safety:

  • Lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Gift cards

…are not eligible for return or refund.

Cancellations

Due to our fast processing times, we can only accept cancellations within 5 minutes of when a purchase is made. If you wish to cancel your order within 5 minutes of your purchase, please email us at support@elanstreet.co.uk

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any cancellation enquiries after 5 minutes of your order being placed.

Once the item is delivered, the customer can arrange for a return and refund by contacting us by email

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delays or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account.

Then, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you are requesting an exchange for the product you received please contact us and our customer service team will be happy to help you.

Please note - We do not offer free exchanges unless the item is damaged or defected.

Damaged Or Defected Items

If an item is defective or damaged please email us at support@elanstreet.co.uk. You will be required to provide us with an image of the damaged item and we will be happy to help resolve the issue.

Please note: We will only be able to provide a solution for damaged or unacceptable items if photo evidence is provided to the email address mentioned. Customers that do not provide photo evidence of the damaged or defected item received will not be verifiable.

Address Errors

The shipping address provided by the customer when making the purchase will be taken as the delivery address for the item. The customer is responsible for inputting the correct delivery address at the time of making the purchase. We do not bear any responsibility for customers inputting the wrong address.

In some scenarios, we may be able to change the delivery address before the item is shipped. Please reach out to us via email atsupport@elanstreet.co.uk to see if this is possible.


HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

Please read the conditions below carefully. 

  1. Contact us that you want to start a return.

  2. Send the product to the return address below with tracking number.

  3. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and with tags and labels.

  • The product must not show any signs of use.

  • Return shipping is at your own expense.

  • Tracked shipping must be used and sent to us so we can track the return.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
